No. 30 might be my most favorite. I’ve shared so much in these past days paintings about previous journeys and places that I have been to in my life. Day 30 the day before my last of these daily paintings is just about that journey I have yet to take. My dream before the end is to hike the pilgrimage of Santiago. This statue is one of the famous landmarks along the way - the pilgrims pointing the way to the cathedral. Oh how grand it would be someday to stand right in this place. For now though I will keep hiking here and keep my mind wondering how this journey will be.
